Dave has built a career in brand management, marketing, and business development with Clorox, PPG Industries, and regional advertising firms. More recently, he has been a company owner/partner in the beverage industry—first bottled water and now coffee—focused on helping associates realize their God‑given potential. A certified coach with the Human Formation Coalition, Dave guides employees and business owners toward personal and professional abundance. 

He is active at St. Luke the Evangelist parish and holds degrees from UCLA and Carnegie Mellon University. Dave and his wife, Roberta, live in Economy Borough, PA, with their three children.
