Lance is Vice President of Sales and Service for Starline Holdings, which is owned by Legrand, North and Central America, where he leads a global sales and service team.

Prior to this role Lance was a Vice President of Sales for Josyln Hi-Voltage, a division of Danaher Corporation located in Cleveland, Ohio, and held various other sales and marketing positions. Lance and his wife Marcia reside in Wexford, PA with their five children.
