Lance is Vice President and General Manager of Starline Holdings, a company owned by Legrand and recognized as a global leader in power distribution products and solutions. Prior to this role, Lance served as Vice President of Sales, where he led the commercial team and oversaw significant growth and expansion of the company.

He holds a B.S.E.E. degree from Grove City College and an MBA from Case Western Reserve University.

Lance and his wife, Marcia, reside in Wexford, PA, with their five children and enjoy volunteering and supporting Catholic organizations.
