Lauren Herzing brings over 15 years of experience in corporate sales, account management, and executive relationship leadership. She has spent more than a decade driving business development strategies, including client engagement, marketing, and strategic project oversight.

She has managed a portfolio of strategic accounts, overseeing financial performance, leading growth initiatives, and delivering innovative, client-focused solutions. A mission-driven development and engagement leader, Lauren excels in cultivating high-impact relationships, managing cross-functional programs, and aligning organizational goals with strategic outreach.

Lauren holds a B.S. from Duquesne University and is a proud On Fire Alumni. She brings together her professional expertise and missionary heart to serve the Church with love, stewardship, and servant leadership.

Deeply passionate about Catholic mission, Lauren serves her parish as a Parish Council member and, together with her husband, in marriage ministry mentoring couples preparing for the Sacrament of Matrimony. She strives to pass on the Catholic faith within her home as a wife and mother. Lauren is a certified FEMM instructor, counseling brides and couples in hormonal health and Natural Family Planning and providing mentorship and accompaniment to newly married couples. She is also a speaker for diocesan marriage preparation programs, often alongside her husband as they share their passion for the Church’s teachings on marriage.
